Most jobs land in one of these buckets. A typical visit mixes two or three of them, which is exactly what a punch list is for.
Dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, dryers, freezers, dryer vent hoses, cabinet and closet hardware, door hardware, grab bars, shelving, mirrors.
Drywall and sheetrock patching, ceiling repairs, texture matching, interior painting, caulk and trim touch-ups after the patch.
Furniture, barbeques, carports, garden beds, playsets and anything else that arrives in a box with a bag of unlabeled screws.
Fence and gate repair, exterior trim, shutters, gable and exterior vents, glass replacement, gutter cleaning and repair, Christmas lighting.
Cabinet repair, finish carpentry, door adjustments, trim, railings, the small structural fixes that keep the house feeling solid.
Bathroom and kitchen refreshes, basement finishing, carpet removal, and the finish work that turns a project into a finished room.
